Hi, everyone!

I’m still riding the high from our very first Sidebar Summit, and honestly... my heart is overflowing. It’s hard to find the right words to capture just how magical these past two days felt. Nearly 200 of us came together — laughing, learning, lifting each other up — and reminded me all over again why this community is so special.

My mind may be spinning from all the incredible conversations, but my heart is steady — so full of love, admiration, and deep gratitude for each and every one of you who made this experience what it was. Your energy, your honesty, your vulnerability, and your spirit of curiosity created something truly unforgettable. I’m so honored to have been there with you, witnessing the best of what community can be.

For those of you who couldn’t join us this time, you can still catch a glimpse of the magic through our shared photo album. In the meantime, I wanted to highlight one moment that truly made my heart swell with pride and gratitude: our very first Sidebar Community Awards.

Every nomination we received from members and facilitators told a story of impact, of generosity, of leadership. It was incredibly hard to narrow it down, but we ultimately selected ten extraordinary members whose contributions truly embody our Community Core Values — the spirit that makes Sidebar shine.

Whether you were there in person or cheering us on from afar, please know: you are such an important part of this community. I’m so grateful for you, and I can’t wait to keep building, learning, and celebrating together.

I’ll be sharing more reflections in my next letter. But for now, I just want to say: thank you. For showing up. For being you. For making Sidebar what it is.
