A note from Lexy
We founded Sidebar on the belief that the fastest way to grow is by learning from our peers. That idea has shaped everything we’ve built, from our earliest groups, to our largest gatherings, to the programs and relationships that now define us.
I absolutely love Sidebar and the community we’ve built together. In just the past three years, we’ve hosted our very first Sidebar Summit, built an entirely new platform of tools, and launched Seasonal Circles to meet leaders exactly where they are in their careers.
Every week, I hear how Sidebar has become a meaningful part of people’s lives, whether that is helping our members accelerate in their careers, build confidence, or unlock their greatest potential. We continue to move toward our mission, and there is still so much more ahead.
As Sidebar has expanded, so have our opportunities to broaden our reach. We are investing deeply in AI and new products, like SuperInterviews, to support our members at every stage of their careers. These efforts all live under Sidebar, Inc. and are driven by the same mission: to connect leaders and catalyze your extraordinary success.
To ensure our community continues to thrive as we unlock new ways to expand our impact, I am very happy to announce that Sidebar’s Head of Community, Ha Nguyen, will be stepping up as COO & GM of the Sidebar community.
If you know Ha, it’s easy to see why she’s the perfect choice for this role. Her energy, dedication, and love for this community are evident in everything she does. She’s been instrumental in shaping Sidebar’s culture and our community from the very beginning, and I’m so excited to see her bring her vision and passion to this next chapter.
I want to be very clear: I am not going anywhere. I love our Sidebar community deeply, and I’ll continue to be involved and accessible as we grow. This evolution allows me to focus even more intensely on the AI work we’re building to support job seekers and hiring managers in new ways, while we continue to grow the deep connections that make this community so special.

A note from Ha
Hi, everyone!
I’m so incredibly grateful for Lexy and the whole Sidebar team’s trust as I take on this new role, and I’m energized to build on everything this amazing community has achieved in the past few years.
Sidebar has had a special place in my heart from the very beginning. My mission in life has always been to bring people together and uplift those around me, and I’ve spent my career building and supporting communities.
In the process, I’ve witnessed firsthand the magic that’s created when we commit to growing and learning alongside one another. Lexy’s vision for Sidebar immediately resonated with me because of what it represented: a space for people to grow in ways they couldn’t alone, built on the belief that our peers play a defining role in helping us achieve our goals.
I’m honored to continue stewarding this work in 2026, so that we continue to evolve in ways that truly amplify our members’ growth and impact. That means continuing to listen closely to what you need, evolving how we learn together, and leaning into what’s already helping our members thrive.
